Hermes Fleet Map is a public, read-only observation view of the Hermes fleet. It shows the machines, services, and the connections between them — not the work they do, and not their internal state.
This view is generated from a curated, committed description of the fleet. The published files contain no internal artifact paths, no credentials, and no private endpoints. Provenance is preserved in the engineering artifacts that produce the snapshot, not in the public HTML itself.
Every page on this site is derived from a single sanitized snapshot of the Fleet Overview model. The four lenses — Fleet Overview, Runtime & Routing, Knowledge & Authority, and Lifecycle & Change — share that underlying topology.
The published site uses a structure-aware sanitizer. Internal filesystem paths, usernames, credentials, and endpoints are removed before publication; structural identities are preserved so the diagrams remain navigable.
If you find anything that should not be public, please raise it with the project maintainers.
